This page is here to help members and volunteers use the main tools on the Harvest Baptist Church San Juan website. If you are unsure where to begin, use the quick guide below and then open the tool you need.

Visitation Page

Use this area for new move-ins, visitation card updates, visitation reports, and printable visitation card creation.

Photo Repository

Use the media library to log in, open folders, upload files, download files, and organize media for ministry use.

Giving Page

Use this page for GCash, PayPal, in-person giving, or church office drop-off information.

How To Use The Visitation Page

The visitation page brings together several different tools. Each button is meant for a different kind of work, so it helps to know which one you need before you start.

1

Open the visitation page

Go to the Visitation page from the Ministries menu. You will see sections for New Move Ins and Visitation Helps.

2

Choose the correct visitation tool

Use Visit New Move Ins if you are following up with people who recently moved into the area. Use View Volunteers if you want to see who is already helping.

3

Submit updates after a visit

Use Visitation Card Update to fill out the card details such as name, address, distance, comments, and your own name before submitting the form.

4

Open reports or create cards

Use Visitation Report to log in and review submitted reports. Use Visitation Card Creation to log in, upload a spreadsheet, and generate printable visitation cards.

Helpful note: The report page and visitation card creation page require a login. If you do not have credentials yet, contact the church office or the person managing visitation records.

How To Use The Photo Repository

The photo repository is the Harvest Media Library. It is designed for storing, organizing, and retrieving ministry photos, videos, and other files.

1

Log in first

Open the Media Library and enter the username and password provided to you. After login, the folder view and upload tools will appear.

2

Browse folders

Use the folder tree on the left to move between folders. Click a folder to open it and see its files on the main panel.

3

Upload or organize files

Use Upload Files or drag files into the upload area. You can also create folders, move files, and download items when needed.

4

Delete with care

The media library allows file and folder deletion. Before deleting anything, double-check that the item is no longer needed because removal may affect other ministry workers.

Helpful note: If you only need to view or download a file, avoid deleting or moving folders unless you are responsible for organizing the library.

How To Use The Giving Page

The giving page gives several ways to support the ministry. Choose the method that is easiest and safest for you.

1

Choose your giving method

You can give through GCash, PayPal, in person during services, or by church office drop-off.

2

Use the GCash details or QR code

If you are using GCash, follow the listed number and account name, or scan the QR code on the page with your GCash app.

3

Use PayPal if giving online

Select the PayPal button to continue to the secure PayPal donation page and follow the payment steps there.

4

Contact the church if you have questions

If you need help with giving records or instructions, use the email listed on the giving page to reach the church office.

Need Help?

If a page does not load correctly, your login does not work, or you are unsure which tool to use, please contact the church office before trying again. It is better to ask first than to submit the wrong report or delete the wrong media file.
